About our business

How does our business work?

We both teach full time and have busy personal lives, so we drop our earrings once a month. This helps us keep up the quality of our products and interactions with our amazing customers. 

Once your taonga are all packaged up and on the courier, we set our sights on planning the next drop. No two drops are the same, and are dependent on the availability of materials, findings and our creative juices!

 

Handling & Care

Please note that our hei taringa are made with small parts that are not suitable for precious tamariki. Please keep them safe out of reach of little hands and mouths. 

Kia tūpato, our taonga are delicate, so please take care when handling and storing them. Keep your taonga clean by giving them a wash when needed with cold water and mild detergent. Buffing them gently with a microfiber cloth will keep them looking fresh!

Refund Policy

Ka aroha, we do not offer exchanges or refunds based on a change of mind due to health and safety. If your product arrives to you damaged or faulty, please get in touch via our email or IG DMs so that we can kōrero about how we can make things right. Decisions to refund or replace products will be made on a case by case basis, within 14 days of purchase.
