Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Once your order has been collected by our courier, the estimated delivery time is overnight within Te Ika a Māui and 2-3 working days for Te Waipounamu. For rural customers, please add 2 working days to these times. Please also keep in mind that whilst different regions of Aotearoa are in various different stages of COVID-19 Alert Levels, there may be delays. You will automatically receive tracking alerts for your parcel. 

We offer free shipping on most deliveries in Aotearoa. There is a $5 flat rate for Rural deliveries within New Zealand, which you will need to manually select from the drop down menu when selecting your shipping option. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to anywhere in the world. We have a flat shipping rate of $25NZD for up to four pairs of earrings.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Taonga Puāwai is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at taongapuawai@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
